I have purchased Tipad A1 Tab 10 Inch, 6 GB + 64 GB,Camera 13MP Front / 8MP Rear 4G Voice Calling Tablet ( Wi-Fi Calling ) (A1) on 16 July 2020 and my order no & receipt no are as follows :

and on 26 july 2020 (today) i have received one tablet (Black) but unfortunately i have not received any contact details of seller, and also the tablet i have received is defective along with non working charger.
further the tablet i have received is not having any back cover and SIM + Charging slot is open and do not hold any casing to it.
further i tried to start the tablet but it is not. also i am not able to charge tablet.
am attaching herewith the snaps for your ready reference.
hence i request you to get me the replacement/ refund of defective item you delivered.
