1 I bought a tablet model i kall N7 WIFI from Amazon site on 25th October 2021, @Rs 3949/ online with my credit card last four characters 3009. Whose bill was delivered from FABIMPEX, Village and Post Office House No. 573 Rajokri Near Community Center New Delhi 1100 38 .
2.On 7th Nov 21 I plugged the above tablet for charging which found that the charger is faulty and not charging.
3 I complained about the above tablet on Amazon site on which I was told that your guarantee and warranty has expired on 3rd November 2021 whereas I was given 1 year warranty on the entire product.
4 Now I tried to find out the customer care number of the sold company, while the company site has neither mobile number nor email id.
Prayer
I am requested to kindly get the charger of the above mentioned tablet which was given to me in bad condition and get it replaced immediately so that I can run my tablet properly.
