I have purchased a Fire Boltt smart watch online in July 2021. It stopped working in September. I have registered complaint and send them all the things they have asked multiple times. But all I get is one email , every 10th day or so saying someone from their side will contact soon but no one ever does. There is one contact number of customer care which never get the answer. It’s such a pathetic behavior . I have emailed them multiple times but no response.
