I ordered a pair of shoes on 14th April 2022 via order id OC48162 and it was delivered to me on 20th April 2022. Item was HYPAGRIP RUNX TR HUG of no 10 size costing 3995 ( three thousand nine hundred ninty five rupees only). ( Screen shot attached)
The pair of shoes is having lot of defect.
Firstly, they are not of equal size as the left one is smaller than right one. Second, the First two lash hole of right shoe is at Incorrect place ( holes of right shoe is not symmetrical to left one). Pic attached for your reference. Third, the cushion of left shoe is very hard at heel as comparison to right one and it’s giving great discomfort at knee and hips of right leg. Fourth, the front view of shoes is not symmetrical Wildcraft not returned my money
