I have purchased Samsung’s Washing machine by Flipkart but when we used it at 1st time after Installation of washing machine it took 5-6 hrs for washing of clothes, It shown 1:12 hrs before starting but finally it crossed 5 hrs and 30 min,

I have raised my concern to both Flipkart and Samsung on email as well their customer support, but both are trying to lapse my time and playing my duration time to complete 7 Days Return policy so after that I can’t raise my policy of Return.

Requesting you to look into this matter, I m middle class family and I have paid my hardship money to them and Daily Consumption of Electric charges of 6 hrs who will paid to me,
