My ola electric stopped working due to unknown reason one day, we tried calling customer care but there were no numbers available to contact, even the chat bot did not give sufficient reply. We had to send a person to their service centre for updating them our issue, they asked us to bring the ola electric scooter to the service centre. We had to book a tempo and carry the scooter there as it was not in a working condition. On reaching and examining the scooter we were informed that one of the wire is biten by a mouse thus its not working and it was repaired and on reaching our home again it stopped working. It wasnt even a day since it was repaired and now we are asked to again bring the Ola electric scooter to the service centre in this situation. We are being charges the transportation cost along with the repair cost twice which is unreasonable.
