I’ve ordered a refrigerator from Amazon and it was delivered on 22nd Oct, 2020. On 27th Oct, 2020, the installation guy visited for installation. After opening the package, I can see that there were dents and scratches all over the product. The installation guy also clicked pictures of the dents and scratches. I called Amazon immediately and after speaking for almost half an hour, the executive said that due to some technical difficulty with their systems, he can’t process the replacement request and he’s keeping a follow up and I’ll have to call again after 24 hours for placing the replacement request. Very poor service from Amazon with a long delay in Installation and not providing any resolution for the defective product delivered.
