This is highly disappointing to see your bad quality products. I purchased recliner sofa rocking revolving last july,23. Firstly product was delivered defective. Then i complaint, they accepted and said wrong product was delivered. Again reinstalled and within few days rocking revolving stopped working. I didn’t used chair. It is unused. I was told 3 years manufacturing warrantly we give. I said ok. Now i am facing issues and no one is resolving. I paid hefty amount of 18600/- and now you guys are refusing. Why? Please take care of it. ORDER202307gnIHQT my warranty card for order. If you do not get it resolved, i will have to take an action in consumer court for this for selling bad and inferior quality products to customers.
