I purchased a king size bed from Zefo. The description was that it’s unboxed and had minor defects. They also promised buyback.
After 4 months I had to relocate and as I didn’t want to carry it I planned to sell it back to them. The person who came to collect the bed rejected the claim stating it was damaged and they will discard it in scrap.
Most of the damage was caused during installation and the person who was dismantling caused more dents. When asked what should I do, the person asked me to get it repaired on my own.
They have terminated my account and I can’t see any of the transaction details. I’m feeling cheated and can’t help but bear the loss.
