Text of Complaint by Vikas Bansal:

Dear Sir,
I have bought Air Conditioner of Thomson Brand from Flipkart on 01/10/2022 vide Inv. no. FAD5ZW2300006742. The product is defective from beginning. I have raised the complaint on 10/10/2022 but AC is not working since that date. I have raised the complaints about 6-7 times since the date of purchase. About 5-6 complaints in summer season . Technician visited but AC stopped to working within 1 week of technician visit. Now, about 1 month has been passed but Thomson Company are not providing the parts that are defective since beginning. I requested to Company for replace the AC but Company denied the same.

Thomson Company is not listening since beginning. I am very fed up to raise complaints again and again as well as call to customer care. I am already requested that the AC is purchased for my parents who are about 72-73 years old. I requested Company to do needful as the product is defective but the company representative or company policy is very rigid for customers.

Now, after make a lot of requests to Company, i lost my hope and register my request in your Hon’ble court to get the justice.
