I purchased “Samsung 253L 3 Star with Inverter Double Door Refrigerator” from Amazon wherein seller is DAWNTECH ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED.
It was delivered, had no external damage, but there was issue on standing. The delivery person said technician will do proper installation. Next day technician checked it during installation and said there is defect in base, can not be fixed. This will impact other functions in future. Now Amazon is not accepting replacement even though it is in 10-days replacement policy.
Amazon customer service is ridiculous, denying replacement request as delivery OTP is already shared and forcing customer to use defective product. This is a manufacturing defect which can’t be recognized externally by delivery agent. How can a normal person decide and reject it during delivery unless a competent technician confirms that defect.
Now Seller is not taking any responsibility to replace the defective product and playing with their own policy, which is completely illogical.
