I brought a Casio G-Shock watch worth ₹9450
The display screen was defective so i tried to return it and get a refund but the request gets rejected. I even called the customer care to return it and they raised the return request many times but all the time the return request gets rejected. Now they even blocked my account because of multiple return request. So now i cannot return the product nor could I open my account. I called the customer care many times to unblock my account and also provide me a refund. They say that they will elevate the issue and i would get a resolution within 48 hrs but i got none.
