Dear Team,
I regret to say that I have a order my mobile dated on 22/06/2021 order I’d:403-6768530-6331565403-6768530-6331565, intially the dead mobile was sent to me where mobile was hanging issue and mobile were not getting on properly, display doesn’t come,I can say this was completely defective mobile, further I raise the concern to your Amazon,than you have arranged for inspection of my mobile,but the technician has not visited to my address and uploaded the fake report by own without visiting,further when the replacement was issued,the delivery agent had can to my address but had not given the new replacement mobile reason stated that the earlier mobile is in opened condition,and mobile was dead and getting hanged,
I have reported this incident immediately to customer care agent dated on 08/07/2021,and the executive has promised me that the replacement will get delivered on same date evening but the same was not done,again I have re-registered my complain dated on 09/07/21 and the customer care agent had assured that the replacement mobile will get delivered without any further investigation and questions by delivery agent maximum by 09 pm yesterday,which also failed,now when I m going through Amazon portal,I found that replacement return to seller without informing to me or any update to Amazon care.
This is a prepaid delivery,where I paid but I m chasing for this for more than 15 days.
Now I need my replacement without any further argument by today.
Or if you are failed to deliver the replacement than I need the whole amount paid including all the promotion and discount applied, because there is no problem from my end,even you one of the team leader has accepted that there is completely mistake done from Amazon in not delivering the Quality product initially and later on not able to deliver the replacement of mobile because of no proper communication with delivery agent, now the price gone up,and I need my mobile than why I will pay higher than what I paid initially and since there is no mistake from consumer end.
So either you replace my mobile or refund the complete amount including all bank discount and promotion applied on this order.
