Dear Concern

I have ordered a Marq AC 1.5 Ton and it was delivered on 29th April and installed on 1st May. But it’s found that the product is faulty after the installation. There is a cooling effect, only normal air is coming out. The installer was unable to resolve the problem and he said he has complained about it to the concerned person and said a technician will visit and he will get away from there. After that I waited for one day and nobody came to visit. I called customer support so many times but nobody had a proper solution. I raised a return issue. It has been shown technicians will visit on 4th May and pick up by 6th May. But nobody came. Again I called Customer Care. He said there is no ticket raised yet and the request is on hold and he issued a ticket against it and the technician will visit by the 7th.

My question is what type of service is this? first of all you provide a defective product, I paid the money for this and a 3rd person will confirm that the product is okay or not. I am getting the real probame, isn’t that enough for you. Also the technician visit was today and the pickup date was 6th. Now you are telling me the visit will be on the 7th. Is that some kind of joke? I paid around 30k for the product and against that I am not getting any service from you, it’s totally a fraud case.
