I had purchased Motorola edge 40 from the reliance online store. The product was defective same day I registered the complain via email and they said they need DOA. I said it’s not mentioned in their return policy that DOA is must. So they sent their technician to check the technician found issues in the phone so he took it to the centre. The report was generated and I had emailed it. But company is delaying in refunding my money. They are buying time of 24 hours everyday. And now they are not replying either.
