Text of Complaint by Mark Rodrigues:

I have returned the product to the seller Because the 1st one and the replacement would Stink like Horse DUNG throughout the entire house , but Amazon Sent me a refund cheque with the wrong name despite telling them to refund the money to my bank account . Now customer care keeps making up loopholes to delay the refund and blocked my number from contacting them . All the customer care lie about starting the refund process and keep wasting time and refusing to let me talk to their refund team that makes bogus nonsense rules to start the refund to my bank account but are very open to sending the money to my Amazon wallet which can’t be used for anything at all besides Amazon purchases which I DO NOT want to do .
