Text of Complaint by Ritu Mahajan:

I ordered a festive dress from Mirraw in anticipation of an upcoming wedding. What I have received is a cheap replica, lower quality fabric and incomplete embroidery, a different neck shape, and not well stitched. I basically cannot use it and have asked them to pick it up and provide me a refund. Their site sites easy refund and this is a classic case of the product not as per description on the site.

Their customer care first offered me a 20% refund. I refused. They stoppped responding on email at all. Then I called their India number. The customer care person agreed that there were differences and that I had not received the product I had asked for. She asked for some more pictures and promised to get back asap. I provided the pictures. Since then there is no response on the email despite follow ups and now I cannot get through to the Mirraw customer care number either. I would like a refund of my money.
