I purchased a refrigerator on 6-AUG and delivered it on 9-Aug. I told the delivery man to return the product due to some scratches/dents, but he refuses and told me it’s not his duty to return the product and I need to return once accept. Now the amazon team told me why you have accepted the product. The delivery man cheated me and the delivery man sent by the amazon team so it is your responsibility to take action against the delivery man. Attached Invoice.
Please replace or return my product. It was just delivered today.
