This is very disappointing, I am complaining again to ask for the refund of the 2 clutch that I ordered. I received the product few days ago damaged and with no tags, I took the picture of the product same day when i got it and shared as well and still after multiple attempts the return executive is not picking the product.

Can i please ask for the investigation as soon as possible otherwise I have to escalate this further on all social media and to the CEO of the company.

I purchased this product to gift it to somebody and did not receive the tags with it, would need the return as soon as possible.

I will send the consumer notice if this is not resolved as i have all the proofs with me that the product was defective and it was done deliberately by the seller to sell the product by sending it without tags. I want my refund asap
