Talked to customer care at first they told me to pay shipping charges of 5 rs .and sent link told be to pay through credit or debit card .then they sent another the OTP link i told them that no then told me to download the link sent in what app I told them no I will not download it . I asked them for refund they very cleverly refused to pay the refund.if you donot follow my order I will not refund it.i told him i will not download the app .talked to me rudely.kindly help me get my money back.it is not a small amount.please take action kindly help me take my money
