We regret that you’ve received a defective Morphy Richards 25 Ltr Convection Microwave Oven – MWO 25 CG (200 ACM)——->I don’t see the regression of paytm sending the defective products to the customer.I have order on 3rd Jan 2021, received the product on 11th Jan 2021, placed the return request on 15th Jan 2021, where in the return policy is for 7 days and valid my return request as per the Terms and Conditions, but the seller rejected my return request on 20th Jan 2021 with out any reason , though I contacted paytm I haven’t get proper response from your end.
For speedy resolution, we recommend that you may directly connect with Morphy Richards by contacting the nearest service centre.———>Despite placing the return request as per the terms and conditions followed which I placed in valid time, but still why the seller rejected the return request, its paytm responsibility in getting the customer refund or replacement, beyond that you advised to contact me the brand.Though I have contacted the brand twice, the engineer visited my place under the two request numbers HYD1501210023455720-1(FIRST REQUEST NUMBER) and HYD2101210023522204-1 (SECOND REQUEST NUMBER) and engineer said he can do the service to the product since there is defective, but I don’t the new product to be serviced and used, where in I kept money for the new product not for buying the second hand product or duplicate products or re-used products.But the brand don’t the policy to give the written statements as mentioned by you.They do updates in the service requests which was raised for the complaints and they advised paytm to check those request numbers for any further information.Based on the request numbers you can also contact the seller—–this is what advised by the brand You may contact the brand customer care at 022 4128 0022 and schedule a free visit by a brand service engineer or you may visit the nearest service centre.——>I have done this due to which the service enginner visited my place. In case the brand denies to help, please share the denial letter from the brand so that we can take this up with the seller and arrange for return/replacement of the product.——>The brand don’t have the policy to issue the denial letter as per their company norms, they do the service to the product if it doesn’t work, in place of spare parts not availble they will inform the company to get the spare parts.But in this scenerio they said they can do service but replacement or refund need to be done by the seller or from where I purchased the product i.e, paytm.Also, the branch brand service manager said we have seen many cases where the customer complained and it got replaced by the AMAZON, FLIPKART etc…but not sure why paytm is doing like this…..this is whole soleable responsibility by the paytm not the brand they advised.
