The product that I received it seems like already used by someone. It was like already returned by someone and these guys give it back to me like refurbished product but I pay for the brand new product.while iam receiving this product with scratches and sweat straines on the backside and front of the watch. I wrote lot of mails and made lot of calls also but they are not responding properly for the queries.
