Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding the defective product received from an amazon seller. order reference 405-0044876-5292372. I had requested for replacement and spoke to Amazon customer care but till now I did not get any replacement or refund from Amazon.
I request you to kindly look into this issue as early as possible.
