Hi Team,

I have received the defective and third rated shirt as part of my delivery from EKART. Currently Flipkart is taken over the EKART I am sending the complaint to Flipkart customer care email as I have received bounce emails when I sent to ekart customer care.

It is not new shirt, it is defective, third rated shirts.

Please look into this Issue and provide refund.

Hence I would like to refund the item.

Please let me know the process.
