Text of Complaint by Suraj Singh:

I have purchased an Ola S1X+ scooter and I received the product on 9th of February 2024. I was told and it is being advertised that this is the number 1 EV in India and it will give a range of 100 kms in normal mode and 151 km in eco mode and instead I am getting a range of 50-60 km range in normal mode. Furthermore, on 14th of February my scooter stopped working completely, nothing was working. I placed a complaint and a technician came and he fixed the issue and promised it won’t happen again as there was some sort of problem with the software update and everyone is facing similiar issue. Then last night when I was on my way back home the scooter turned off by itself in the middle of the road and I somehow managed to prevent an accident. I pulled my ride over and tried to start it again but nothing worked as it happened before. I talked with many other Ola scooty owners and they are also facing similiar issues and I had to pull my scooter for 4 kms to reach home. I believe Ola is selling unfinished or untested product thus I want full refund against my scooter. Kindly help me with the same
