We have ordered Thomson TV from Flipkart and it is not working properly. The TV is not getting connected to wifi and we are not able to download the app from Play Store. Flipkart is not sending any technician and not ready to solve our problem. When I call them they keep my call on hold. From last one week I am suffering not no one is ready to help
