I have received a used product with lot of pen marks on it, and also there is a missing item ( air blower) in it.
So I have raised a return request multiple times with the help of customer support. But every time, I see the status they are putting as “return cancelled as per customers request ” never ever I requested as such.
I have raised the request 4 times and everytime they did the same
