Text of Complaint by Shkha:

I ordered Fireboltt Ninja Call 2 smartwatch from Fireboltt shop. The product I received has connectivity and battery related issues. Its connectivity is very poor, not even 2 mts. moreover the battery life is only 2 days. I don’t even use the full features of the watch. When I received was already switched on. The customer care number of the company always keeps you on hold. Even after trying 100 times, the call is never answered by any executive. I have send emails to them to which they reply asking for the details. I have provided the details 2-3 times but still they don’t even replace or return the order. Neither they reply to any of the email. I can’t even use the product, nor I can return it. This website is completely a fraud
