Got defective product.they are not ready to return the product, we need to return this defective product today end of the day.
Over all Summary:-
1. Provided defective product.
2. Return request generated within 10 days as per the policy.
3. Technician visited, verified and confirmed to the 3rd party (its PCB faulty).
4. After technician visited, 3rd party rejected the return request and gave the remark (issue resolve by troubleshooting).
5. but issue still not resolve.
6. 3rd party again rescheduled the technician visit to troubleshoot the issue.
7. We will not allow any new technician visit for further troubleshooting.
8. We need to return this defective product by the end of the day.
Two times the are rejected customer request.
