Text of Complaint by Dipak Paul:

I had purchased one of Aquaguard EDEN RO+UV+MTDS+SS M/c in Aug.,2023. Still it is under warranty.
My customer ID is 6003233324. Component No CA-0823-011653072. Serial no 2348106133010677. I had booked a service request for water leakage 10 days ago. Accordingly, their service engineer visited my residence. He informed me that due to leakage in the filter water is flowing from the machine. To stop water flowing you need to change the filter. I asked the person that the m/c is under warranty. Please arrange to change the filter as soon as possible. He informed me that you have to pay Rs. 5200/= for the filter.

Now I want to ask the Company why I will not get the new filter free of cost? The M/c is still under warranty. If their answer is that the filter is not under the preview of warranty then I ask them what is the quality of the filter delivered by a renowned company like Eureka Forbes. During the pre-sale their representative informed us that after 6000 liters you need to change the filter. As per my family’s daily consumption I think we hardly used Maximum to Maximum 3000-4000 liters.

I had informed the same to their customer care, But I hadn’t get any proper reply from them.
