I purchased an orpat hand blender on 14 feb 2023.
I received product after 3-4 days. When i receive product i checked it and i found it defective. Is was not working.
I filed a return request but nobody came to pick my order and return automatically cancelled. It happened again and again.
When i talk 4th time to customer care he assured me that it is last time and if return will not complete amazone will provide advance refund. But it happen again, nobody came to pickup my order and when i talk to customer care again he told me that there is no policy for advance return and he cannot do anything. He told me that you can do anything what you want like grievance mail, consumer complain anything but he will not do refund. He openly told me to do any action against him.
I am attaching my product invoice and recording with customer care who told me to do advance refund if product will not pickup.
Please give me reply with a satisfactory answer.
