Dear Sir,

I have purchase a I ball tab online on 25 jun 2020 for online education classes for my kid.

tablet get get within a month, I tried to contact service centers, but due to covid , all service centers were closed.

on sep 9, 2020 I submitted tab to service centre for resolve the issue ,,

Till after 3 months nothing response from service center,,

all contacts, email id are not responding from I ball company
