Purchased Motorola mobile phone, phone was defective. Flipkart technician check and confirmed the same. It had 4 to 6 issues. Return request raised but product was never delivered. On 15th April and 17 April got call from their concern department they said the product is with deliver boy and promised to deliver on 18th April but it never happened. Customer care team has accepted that they are at fault by they cannot provided that refunds as ticket is raised to concern team which is not ready to resolve the issue. Every other day promise that they have raised the issue, but no resolution is provided. No reply to email. Only getting ticket number

21th April IN23042021352965496140 (She confirm the return was cancelled from logistic department as they had damaged the product.
