Sir I bought real me narzo 50a prime mobile on 29 sep 22… After 4months of working phone not working, where as we contact real me service centre in Hyderabad they told us motherboard not working and we asked them to clear but they are not responding to it and told us that oil went into motherboard and it doesn’t covers under warranty simply to avoid repair… My phone never touched with any oil item ever before… They are playing games with us,so please look into this matter
