Company Name -Fire-Boltt company email id – infocare@Boltt.com Type & Model – smart watch order no- 2023241355567 Date of Purchase- 28-09-2023 Under Warranty – yes Amount Paid – 3229 rs Serial No- not provide reg email id – narenbalaji189@gmail.com Grievance Number / Reference Number -1359652 concern – consumer is saying that he purchased a smart watch from -Fire-Boltt company which is under warranty The company said that it is water proof and will not rust but after 2 months it started rusted in the watch consumer return request the pitched up the product for a replacement but after the picked up they said that the watch is not available The consumer has to the complaint but the company is not giving any solution. so consumer want a product
