Basically, I got a replacement of this product last month on 14th May and i was told that this is the new pack piece. However, just before finishing one month, I am facing the same problem where this watch is not getting charged.
Before writing this email, I was trying to get in touch with the representative of Borivali service center with whom I coordinated and received a call. However, no response. I also tried this number mentioned on website 9711012312
Since, I was hospitalized last week, I can’t visit the center again. I need your support to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
For your easy reference, please find attached the new invoice provided to me while replacing the product.

I have purchased this product the “Realme Smart Watch 2 Pro (Space Grey) ” From Amazon in Oct21.
Issue Faced:
The watch is not getting charged from last two days, before that it was working properly and was also getting charged. All of a sudden I see this issue. I had called Amazon and as per their guidance, I writing this to Realme service team.
Please let me know how this issue will be resolved and what is the further course of action from your end.
Would request to look into the matter.
