Text of Complaint by Naga P Amancharala:

I have purchased Whirlpool 300 litres ( 3 doors) refrigerator in Amazon on Oct 2nd 2021 and I received the delivery as scheduled. When I opened the package all looked good from outside and I responded that product is fine and shared OTP. They asked us to switch on after 4 hours When we started keeping the vegetables we realized that there is a gap while closing vegetable box later Amazon sent a whirlpool executive for installation and he confirmed that it has manufacturing defect and asked us to claim for replacement which I did immediately before the timeframe another executive from whirlpool came and reconfirmed issue. After multiple calls Amazon agreed for replacement. But today 2nd nov 2021)when I was waiting for delivery I received a message that delivery was canceled as product got damaged in transit. When I call back to Amazon they are not ready to do 2nd replacement and they wanted to refund. But I’m not interested in refund and I’m looking for replacement only
