Dear Sir/madam,
I have received a damaged product from one seller in Amazon, the day I received product I have contacted customer care and sent
mail to Amazon image email id as per the request from executive.
Now I have done many follow ups over amazon chat messenger every time I was informed product will be picked up and refund will be initiated. From 14th of October 2020 I am on follow up, till now no one came to pick the product nor refunded my amount. Every time pick up schedule is getting reschedule not sure what is the reason.
I am fed up with this follow ups and now am escalating this issue to you. Please do the needful.
Have escalated an Email to Mahaveer Jindal (Nodal officer) 6 days ago. Till now no response.

Both times I have never requested any reschedule, not sure how amazon team is sending me false messages.
