We purchased an ac of Voltas from flipkart on 14 April 2019. On 17 April 2019 we received the delivery of the ac. On 18 April 2019 the technician visited my place for the installation.
During installation the technician found that the ac is defective as the water is draining from other parts apart from the drainage pipe as well. On 18 April itself we raised the request for the replacement of the product.
The date which was showing for the technician visit was 21 april, now upon calling the customer care no for the technician visit they are not able to provide any solution.they are just saying that the product will be replaced by the seller and they cannot do anything about it.
It’s been a week that we ordered but we are still struggling to get the ac replaced and get the ac installed. The customer care executive is not able to provide any kind of help of flipkart and Voltas we are moving and raising the request from Voltas to flipkart.
I think my 25000 rupees is wasted. Writing to the consumer help with all the hopes.
