Text of Complaint by Pragya Yadav:

I had ordered HP laptop on 7th July but a defective product ( screen was flickering)was delivered. I registered complaint for the replacement of about the defective product and after that a technician came and verified that product was defective. He verified and confirmed the replacement of product. I have been waiting for the new product but when the delivery boy came , he said that company has not confirmed the replacement of product therefore he can not delivered the new product to us and he left. We raised complaint to customer care and they said that the new product is going back to seller because now delivery boy has not confirmed so it was kind of blame game between delivery boy , amazon and seller. We raised request for the refund of money and she said they will come and pick up the defective laptop and money will be refunded. But after waiting for 3 days no one came and we are still struggling with refund of money , because now they say seller has not confirmed the pickup of the product. Today is 27th July that is after 15 days neither we have received working laptop nor the refund of money.
