We have bought a Symphony Touch 35 Personal Aior Cooler 35 Litres vide order No.407-8314302-0314700 which is a defecitive as their high speed fan is not working. We have asked them several times that we do not this product and requested to refund the amount or alternatively replace the same with the new one but no one is paying any heed to my request.
You are once agian requested to either refund full amount or replace the same with new cooler having no defects.
