This past 15th January 2024 I bought a projector from Flipkart but I got a very bad product and I issued a complaint to Flipkart and the product seller to return it but even after one and a half months Flipkart customer agent lied that the issue would be resolved. They will write and solve it themselves. In fact, why do they work by saying to help the customer?
Not only this last 07.03.2024 I again complained to Flipkart and then the Flipkart customer agent who chatted with me told me that I can refund the funds at 5 pm that day but even though I waited till 5 Ajith Panickasseril
