Text of Complaint by Senthamil:

I have ordered a Samsung Ftime of order delivery will be on July 15th. But without any updates order is got delivered at morning 10o clock ofJuly 10th itself. At the time of delivery defective product is delivered, it’s the one which is already used product and defectiveproduct. Defective product pictures (Scretchs and Damages) are attached for your reference.

After seeing the product, I have tried to return at the time of 12am of July 10th itself. But at the time unable to make the return request. Afterwards I have contacted customer support executive for the same. But they has said order delivery status is not yet updated so wait for some times. After by evening I have placed the return request. From that time onwards no response from your team side.

Daily I has followed your customer support executive for the return process. The updates given by them are false update and nothing will happen upto date all are failing only. From July 10th to till no process is carried out by your side.

Order is placed at late night of Sunday, it will delivered on Monday morning itself. But for return request it will take more then 10days for processing.

Irresponsible approach and response from delivery person and customer support staffs also.
