This is to inform that we have ordered a high speed table fan, CINNI Made (300mm, Product code- B0918K9T3V, HSN CODE- 84145110) on Amazon. When we received the order, it seems to be defective and it was not working. we had made the payment online, that’s the reason we had thought of replacement. Again we asked for the replacement instead of that defective one, but this time also the same issue. Fed up we have decided to ask for a refund. We have shared all the details on amazon for the refund process, but no response from their side yet. We don’t expect this type of unethical behavior from a reputed  E-commerce company like Amazon.

We are raising a complaint against this, hope this gets sorted out at the earliest. Billing copy can be shared as a reference to this.
