The product was delivered on 16 September 2023. The product was a posture correction belt but it was all faulty and defective and was unsable. When I try to reach the company which is by the name of poshure on 16 sep 23 itself they declined my return request stating it doesn’t meet their return policy. Customer care no 02248964047 is just automated telephone with no resolution. Shipstreak is delivery partner which is also not helping at all. Please help me
