I have purchased Eureka Bravo Vaccum cleaner in Madurai, TamilNadu, India on 27th Nov 2021. The sales man said that they are direct distributers. So by believing in the brand name I purchased the product.
Now, when I checked the box I can see that this was more than one year old manufactured product and having abnormal heat issue. So I checked with the distributer to provide me this year new product but I didn’t received any proper update from them. I contacted the Eureka Forbes customer care directly but still they are just telling me that they will get approval and send new replace product. Now its been more than 2 months but still no response.
I would like to get the replacement of a new product with recent manufacturing date or I need the refund.
