I bought 2 AC’s for my home one of them was defective as they said the out door AC fan is broken during Installation , when asked for replacement of the Product was been told Lloyds does not have replacement policy even though its defective can only repair , they said the fan is not available as of now so have to wait till it gets available its been 15 days already , when asked said might take couple of months even possible . Gave complaint over phone , via Email still no resolution
