Text of Complaint by Sohom Banerjee:

The AC has not been installed till date due to manufacturing defects. Samsung Customer service engineers are avoiding to visit my house after repeated service requests. Also after the failed installation yesterday, none are bothered to attend to my service request(4281579704). When inquired, they replied they are waiting for higher level orders. So have I done a huge mistake in buying Samsung product? As a customer I feel helpless, also ruing my decision. In this extreme heat, if I am not being able to use the AC, what use it is for? Maybe Hitachi or Carrier would have been a better choice as suggested by my friends.
My last request is that please uninstall the AC and refund my money. Waiting for an early reply.
