I received a phone on 27/04/2021 which I ordered, redmi note 10. The product , was working fine. The return window for the Amazon product was off 7 days and after that I had to contact MI Store. As the current pandemic situation I was using the phone and realised that the product I received is not working. The MI phone which I ordered touch has stopped. When I called the customer service of Amazon they told me that they will not be able to help me out in any situation when Amazon is the immediately between me and the MI. So why should I take a product from Amazon when I have received a defective and then they asked me to bring that to the service centre and get the defective mobile phone which I received repair this means that Amazon is providing a platform to the sellers who are sending defective products to the customers. I had no ask from the Amazon just the replacement of the phone which I have received. Delete really said no that they will not be able to help me out in any situation. I want to complain against both Amazon and MI for the service I have received. I want a compensation for the same. My IMEI number is 866769059002736
