Bharatpe was sending very frequent notification messages, ad’s that they are running an offer price for their swipping machine, litraly they torched with lots of notification messages on their app and finally i decided to apply their WIFI swiping machine on 26 feb 2023(order accepted screenshot attached) by paying Rs.3540/- as a refundable amount for a trial period of 7days. The order was despatched on 27th Feb 23 and the same got delivered on 28th Feb 23.(attached screenshot of delivery)
On 28th Feb 23, received a whatsapp that the machine is delivered with a link to learn how to activate the swipping machine. After receiving the machine, followed the instruction to swtich on and found the machine was showing some error. Immedietely on 28th Feb 23, the error was reported to the customer care and uploaded the Error and Machine screenshot. That’s all, from there only our followup was active and there is obsolutely no sign of resolving the error.
Based on the ZERO response from Bharatpe, i decided to return the machine without experiencing it within the trial date. Return is requested on 4th March 2023 and got a call from a logistics partner to check the shop location to pickup the machine. I received a call 1.45pm and informed him about the address, location and told him to come before 2pm or after 3.30pm as we will be closed for lunch. The courier partner did not come for the pickup on 4th March and never responded to our calls on 5th, 6th and finally called the Bharatpe customer care to inform the situation.
They told us to wait till our 7days because after the return request is raised the courier will pickup in 7days. We are not convinced with their reply but still we did not had any other choice. After the call on 8th Mar2023 with the customer care people, the return request got cancelled. Immedietely we called customer care and they said this is cancelled by courier partner and they can’t do anything about it. Since we called them, they raised a return request themselves on 8th march 2023. The swipping machine is pickedup on 9th March 2023 and showed us details that after the quality check the refund will be initiated and the deadline to check is 16th Mar 2023. On 17th Mar 2023, we received a message that Zero refund is processed for the swipping machine.
The reason for a Zero refund is we have returned the machine after the 7 days trial period as per the system. But the courier partner had made mistake to collect the package from 4th till 8th mar 2023 and there is no response after 4th mar23 till 8th mar 2023. This is been highlighted to the customer care and because of Bharatpe Logistics Partner, the customer ie, i am being harassed by not refunding our payment.
The amount of calls that we made to customer care and they are like a robots, the answers are same every time. We have been asked them to route us to their Floor Managers/Supervisors/Higher management team thru phone call or emails but we failed. We only waasted our time and energy being in the phone call with recorded music. The amount of pressure, stress that we have undergone for the refund is unexplainable and unbareable.
